理化性质 ： 白色结晶性粉末，无臭，无毒，溶于水(25℃水中溶解度为3.6%)，微溶于乙醇，不溶于乙醚、甲醇、苯、丙酮、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和冰乙酸；遇热、酸、碱不稳定，易水解为L-谷氨酸；熔点在 185～186 ℃。
用途
